I know what you’re trying to do. Intimidating me with all of the information I need to include in you. Trying to make me go off the path and knit. Making me give up because “oh it’s not due til December 1st”. Well I’m here to tell you something. I’m going to conquer you by the end of the day. And it will feel so, so good to know that you are done and that I can recycle a lot of the papers I won’t be using anymore from this class. I could knit without you looming at me darkly from the corner of my room. Oh. You are going down, final exam. You are going down.
I think loom knitting is a) ugly and b) not really knitting.
I’m actually kind of offended by this one. While I don’t knit by loom, I recently ran into a woman in a yarn shop who does. She has awful circulation in her fingers which makes it difficult and painful for her to knit with needles, so she does all of her knitting on a loom. Who cares about how the process looks aesthetically if you can still get lovely, hand-made garments at the end?
